PingTab is a driver app for professional trip execution and live location sharing.
The app is built for drivers working with travel desks, taxi operators, hotels, and ground transportation teams that use PingTab to manage passenger trips. Drivers can receive assigned trips, open trip links, review pickup and drop-off details, start the trip, share live GPS location during the active ride, mark passenger pickup status, and complete the trip from their phone.

Open PingTab trip links or receive trip assignments from your dispatch team.

• Review trip details before starting
See pickup points, drop-off location, passenger information, driver assignment, vehicle details, and scheduled trip time.

• Share live location during active trips
When a trip is started, PingTab can share the driver’s live location with dispatchers and passengers through secure tracking links.

• Navigate to stops
Open navigation for pickup points and drop-off locations from the trip screen.

• Manage pickups
Mark passengers as picked up or no-show so dispatchers can follow trip progress.

• Complete trips
End the trip when the ride is finished and review the trip summary.

• Trip history
Access completed trip details for recent rides handled through PingTab.

Location usage:
PingTab uses location only to support active trip tracking. Background location may be used during an ongoing trip so tracking can continue when the app is closed or not in use. This allows passengers and dispatch teams to see trip progress while the driver is on duty.

PingTab is intended for authorized drivers working with organizations that use the PingTab platform.
