About this app

Pingy Tasks is where people in Tashkent find a trusted pro for everyday jobs, and taskers find work close to home.

Need cleaning, a small repair, a plumber, an electrician, furniture assembly or a move? Describe the job in one line — the app picks the category and suggests a typical price. Taskers respond, and you choose by rating, reviews and price.

Why Pingy:
• Protected payment. The amount is held on your card and charged only after you accept the work.
• Verified people. Everyone who posts a task or responds has their identity confirmed through the state MyID service.
• Everything nearby. Tasks on your neighbourhood map — easy to pick up jobs on your way.

• Honest reviews. Only participants of a completed deal can leave a rating.

How it works:
1. The client posts a task: what to do, address, time and budget.
2. Taskers respond — the client picks the right one.
3. The amount is held on the card for the duration of the deal.
4. The tasker does the job, the client accepts it.
5. Payment goes to the tasker; withdraw to a Uzcard or Humo card.

The app is available in Russian, Uzbek and English. Card payments go through a licensed acquiring bank; the full card number is never stored in the app.

Location sharing on the way to a job. The assigned worker can choose to share their location with the customer, including while the app is in the background or the phone is locked. Only the customer of that order can view the location. The worker can stop sharing at any time; sharing ends on arrival, work start, cancellation, reassignment, sign-out or after four hours. Customers do not need background location access.
