Superb customer service! I had a problem with logging in but the pinkoi team reached out to me immediately within 24 hours. They asked for me to show the problem, offered a recommendation to fix the problem and/or a way to solve the promlem in case the recommendation didn't work. I was able to figure out the problem. I really appreciate their customer service team! Thank you!

There is no 'Choose Currency' option, it defaults to five or six countries that it automatically detects through your IP. Tough luck if you live in NZ or a country they don't have a default for, you will be forced to use USD. After several back and forths I was essentially told 'this is the way it is' with no further options. The items for sale are high quality but the interface does not do them justice.

Thank you for your feedback. The system sets the currency based on your IP location and doesn’t allow manual changes. If local currency is supported, it will switch automatically. This store is terrible! It's riddled with hidden fees, and there's a mandatory payment designed to trap you – you can't even leave! Their so-called advertising system is completely useless. The entire setup is opaque and uneditable, and if something doesn't work, you have absolutely no clue why. It's a mess. Also, I'm very interested in understanding the need for legal advice in this case.
