Mobile App (Administrative Component)
This is the main tool for restaurant owners. It functions as the business's control center, enabling efficient and comprehensive management. Its main features include:
Store Registration and Configuration: The business owner can enter all essential information, such as the name, delivery address, a description of the store, and, most importantly, the complete menu with a detailed list of products.
Unique Link Generation: Once the store is configured, the mobile app automatically generates a unique web link, such as https://www.hunteria.com.co/store/name-store. This link is the digital channel for receiving orders.
Real-Time Order Management: When a customer places an order, the restaurant owner receives it instantly on the mobile app. Orders are managed through a status system that allows for clear and transparent tracking:
Pending: The initial status, when the order has been placed but has not yet been accepted by the restaurant.
Accepted: The restaurant confirms that it will process the order.
In Kitchen: Indicates that preparation of the order has begun.
On the Way: Used to inform the customer that the order is on its way, either to the table or to the restaurant's home.
Delivered: The final status, which confirms the customer's receipt of the order.
Customer Communication: From the mobile app, the manager has access to the customer's contact information (name and phone number), allowing for direct communication if necessary.
