I ordered for the first time at 5pm march 06 2026, then the items were delivered the next day at 11:30 pm which is I'm already asleep. The plastic bag is open, the items were mixed and some are missing. very bad experience! I've never given any bad feedback to any market online but this one really needs improvement.

This is a really nice app and very convenient to those who can't go out to buy stuff. As of like me. I gave 4 stars because i got 2nd times that my orders never delivered. Also, please put a reminder on your app that when or what time or what that you can deliver the orders. That's why I always expect my order. If not delivered today, then I will wait till tomorrow. If still nothing comes, then I'll make an order from the other app. It's the least that I can do. Thank you, hope you understand.

I don't trust anyone who doesn't reply to their messages properly. I tried to ask about something before ordering on 2 different numbers, no reply, no redirect. There was a 3rd #, I finally got a reply so I decided, why not, since it's POA & I can't find the ingredients anywhere else. The amount of glitches in the app & spam you get is unbelievable! Don't even try to sign up. You can't sign in to the app or delete the account! the support are horrible, unprofessional, so many useless excuses!
