How It Started
When we first arrived in Europe, we encountered many difficulties. Despite seeking solutions to help us adapt to the culture, learn a new language, and cope with the complex bureaucracy, we couldn't find any. So, we decided to create our own solution and founded PinPink. We conducted extensive research into the challenges faced by non-native individuals in Europe and learned a great deal. We aim to make life easier for everyone living in Europe and help them feel at home.
Why PinPink Matters
Many newcomers struggle with integration due to language differences, unfamiliar systems, and a lack of culturally sensitive support. The current reality often involves relying on informal channels like Facebook or WhatsApp, where information is unreliable, prices are unregulated, and trust is uncertain.
This can leave many vulnerable to exploitation or high service costs, slowing down their journey toward independence.
PinPink changes this. We provide a safe, local solution where users can find support from trusted individuals who speak their language and understand their unique challenges. For our service providers, PinPink offers a way to earn extra income or volunteer their time, creating a reliable and lasting support system for everyone involved.
