Ugh! Electronic deposit throws error code and requires multiple attempts. And bill pay is aweful! The system does not show a transaction number so it's very hard to balance the checkbook at the end of the month by matching transactions number that show on the statement.

I used to have Wells Fargo and the process for paying bills took a little bit longer, as well as longer to receive by my payees. Pioneer Bank & Trust has a very easy online payment system as well as overall accessibility to get into.
