PiousCRM is a mobile application used for the post sale service and is used by the user i.e. service executive for the complaint management. This mobile application works on thw base platform of a software. The software is for the complaint and customer mangement. The complaint from the customer is logged in the software and is allocated by the work controller to the service engineer. The engineer is then enrouted for the customer place. The date and time is punched. The engineer is then arrived and the time is punched. The engineer is then close the call with the input required and related. The service call report is then uploaded in the image or pdf format. The test print 1 and test print 2 is also uploaded. Lastly the customer signature is captured and is uploaded. The call is then closed. In this app, the data from the customer is captured which is relevant and required for the complaint closing.
