Comprehensive Instrument Profiles: Build a complete technical registry for every organ you service. Document essential details including the Organ name, Venue, City, Builder, and the Year built or restored.

Deep Architectural Specs: Catalog the precise mechanical configuration of each instrument. Log the total number of Manuals, Total pipes, verify if it Has pedal division, and detail the Pipe materials, Wind system type, and Action or traktur schematic.

Tuning & Temperament Tracking: Maintain strict records of pitch standards. Log the specific Temperament and baseline Tuning reference (e.g., A=440) for every organ to guarantee absolute consistency during future visits.

Session Journal & Issue Logging: Create a new service session to log faults, adjust registers, and attach notes right from the workflow area. Document overall instrument health, assign active statuses (Stable, Needs repair), and add Pinned warnings for critical structural notices.
