About this app

PIP NAV helps you prepare your Personal Independence Payment (PIP) claim form with clear, structured answers based on the official PIP assessment criteria.

PIP NAV walks you through each of the 12 PIP activities — from preparing food to planning journeys — and helps you describe your real difficulties clearly, honestly, and in the way PIP is actually assessed.

WHAT IT DOES

- Guides you through all 12 PIP activities with the official descriptors from the Social Security (Personal Independence Payment) Regulations 2013
- Helps you capture what happens, how often it happens, what help you need, and whether you can do each activity safely, repeatedly, to an acceptable standard and in a reasonable time
- Asks targeted follow-up questions so important details are not missed
- Produces a structured Answer Pack you can use as a reference when filling in your PIP2 form
- Tracks your Reasonable Adjustments requests (home visit, breaks, support person)

OPTIONAL AI DRAFTING

PIP NAV includes optional AI-powered drafting that can help put your answers into clear, form-ready words. AI drafting:
- Is off by default and asks for your separate consent before any health information is used
- Only uses the evidence you've entered for a single activity — never your name, address or medical records
- Produces drafts for you to check, edit and approve — you control every word
- Can be turned off at any time in Settings

YOUR DATA, YOUR CONTROL

Your claim answers are stored on your device. Nothing is sent to our servers except your login email and purchase status, and nothing is shared with the DWP. If you choose optional AI drafting, only the activity answers you entered are processed, with your separate consent. No analytics, no tracking, no advertising. You can delete all your data at any time from Settings.
