I've used it several for month, it's really practical. I am glad the issue of the authentication process is resolved. There is another big issue related to the scoring of passenger : in case, a driver don't respond to a request till the time is up, the passenger get sanctionned for that by counting the travel as a cancelled one, which impact his scoring, normally the driver has to be the only one to be impacted. Another small issue, we can't give feedback to driver before the notif.

it used to be good when it just started , now it's just a scam and they won't let u get your money from the the wallet , they will take money from you but they won't allow you to transfer from the wallet, big scam , and support don't answer anymore

The app is good, however there's many enhancements needed : 1. Alerts: when you can't find a ride you can create alerts, however you will never get notified when there's a new ride available. 2. Rebook option : for some reason you cancel a ride and you want to rebook the same, well after cancellation you cannot, see it in the search results at all, to make the request one more time. 3. For 4th point I don't have enough characters to contact support and I don't have Messenger to do that..
