Elevator App is a mobile application for three platforms (Android, iOS, Web) designed for elevator technicians, operators, and managers to efficiently manage their daily tasks.

Main Functions:

• Incident Management - Report, track, and handle elevator incidents with clear priority and status
• Maintenance Planning - Schedule and update the status of periodic maintenance work
• Elevator Management - View the list, technical details, and operational status of each elevator
• Contract Management - Track maintenance contracts, customers, and service values
• Attachments - Upload, view, and zoom in on images/documents related to incidents and contracts
• Real-time Notifications - Receive updates on new incidents, maintenance work, and status changes

• Account Management - Update personal information, change passwords, and view activity history
