My first impression of this app was poor because the initial SMS invite lacked professionalism. It should clearly identify the organization sending the message and explain why I’m being contacted. Because it didn’t include relevant company information, it looked like spam, and I mistakenly blocked and reported it. A more professional message would help build trust and reduce confusion.
