Case had a lot of potential but just did not hit the mark. Like others have said, buttons are hard to press and you need to hold to activate shortcut. Buttons should have been clicky and maybe a bit lower to accidentally press the volume and power button. Careful caring this case as it is too smooth and wants slip out out of your hands. The preset shortcuts in the app are made for China or Asia maybe. Wechat and Alipay are some of the shortcuts. That app is not tailored for different regions.

The worst experience I have ever had in a product. The buttons on the device are almost unable to be pressed. Newton's 3rd law says a force on an object needs an equal and opposite force. There is the kicker, on the opposite side of the 3 Aaron Buttons are the 3 real buttons on the device, 2 for volume, 1 for power. Good luck pressing your Aaron buttons without equally pressing your other buttons. Not to mention, most of the features can't be used when screen is off, what's the point ?

Not sure why everyone seems to be having issues. Case NFC buttons worked perfectly for me right after install. Yes, you have to install their app but you can just click "guest mode" to skip making an account. App is straight forward for setup.
