About this app

Pitchy is your personal pitch checker that helps you sing on pitch with real-time feedback. Upload or record any song you want to practice with, and Pitchy will separate the vocals and instrumentals so you can practice the way you like.

Features:
1. Song-based practice – Compare your pitch against the original vocals from any track you upload or record.
2. Live pitch tracking – Watch your vocal pitch on the chart as you sing, and instantly see when you’re high or low.
3. Flexible pitch guide – Hide the reference line and review your accuracy afterward if you prefer not to rely on visual cues as you sing.
4. Instrumental mode – Remove the original vocals and sing along with just the music.
5. Cover recording – Save your singing and listen back with the instrumental.

Perfect for karaoke practice, vocal training, or simply checking if you are singing on pitch for fun!

I downloaded the app to improve my singing. It does what it advertised. A few notes as a dev. 1: Spotify integration would be huge. 2: I didn't realize that a sub was required until I went to upload the second YouTube song. It might be beneficial to make a notification when they first start explaining this. Not a big deal and it's probably just me ignoring things I shouldn't. but if I missed it, then I am certain others have as well. great job! Keep up the good work!

Thank you! That's valuable feedback. I will make sure to make the communication about subscription more clear. In terms of spotify integration, I am not sure how feasible it is at this stage of the app. It might be very expensive or technically challenging. but curious to hear more of what you think

I am rating this a 2 after paying for the subscription on my android because... 1. after recording my cover, syncing my track with the original seems impossible no matter how many times I tried calibrating it, 2. I figured it was an android glitch so I downloaded and paid for a subscription on my iPad because I wasn't able to login through my Google account which is frustrating. Then when trying to upload a song, it keeps giving me error notices.

Hi, sorry that you experienced these problems. 1. i'll refund you for the subscription if you email me at pitchywitch0@gmail.com, or on discord. Meanwhile, if you could let me know what exact problem you are facing with cover syncing, i will try to fix it. I personally use an android as well 2. the uploading song problem should've been fixed now

Pretty great app for a specific purpose. New singes should DEFINITELY get it! Now, as a dev, here is the 5th start: - Would be cool to add a pitch adjustment feature for the youtube songs. - Allow me to upload my own separated audio tracks (voice & instrumental) - USE SONG KEY, it's so low hanging fruit, you could use the song to get it's key and essentially tell the user YOU SHOULDN'T SING THESE NOTES - The UI for the notes looks a bit rough, try something like the "Nail the Pitch" app.
