What is PitJob?
PitJob is a cloud-based attendance management system designed to enable easy, accurate, and flexible time management for companies and organizations.
Not only does it enable smooth clock-in/clock-out using smartphones, tablets, and NFC-enabled IC cards, it also centralizes flexible attendance management tailored to various work styles, including paid vacation, overtime, shifts, and surveys. Because it can be configured to suit your workplace, it has been adopted by many companies, regardless of industry or size, as a new system to replace paper time cards and Excel management.
PitJob's greatest feature is that rather than a "self-service" system where users apply and configure it themselves, we carefully consult with our customers prior to implementation and customize the initial settings and optimally tailor them to each company. Since it can be implemented after accurately reflecting work patterns, operational rules, approval flows, and more, it easily takes root in the workplace, enabling smooth operation immediately after implementation.

[Easy for everyone, no confusion]
PitJob makes it easy to clock in and out using NFC-enabled IC cards, smartphones, tablets, and more. Employee ID cards and transportation IC cards can be registered as clock-in cards, and by installing the dedicated app, you can instantly clock in and out from your smartphone.
The name of the clock-in button can also be freely customized, allowing for flexible settings to match on-site names such as "Arrived at work" or "Arrived at the site." This creates a user interface (UI) that is easy to understand and use for everyone.
Location information can also be obtained when clocking in, helping to prevent fraudulent clock-in attempts and record work locations. This makes it easy to manage companies with multiple locations or staff who frequently travel outside the office.

[Vacation and attendance requests can also be completed online]
PitJob allows you to complete all requests online, including late arrivals, early departures, overtime, and holiday work. Flexible approval flow settings allow for multiple approvers or different approval routes for different departments or positions.
Easily manage paid leave grants, acquisitions, and remaining days, and check the status for each employee at a glance. Not only does it support acquisition history, but it also supports automatic calculation of remaining days and carryover management, significantly reducing time-consuming tasks.

It is designed to smoothly process monthly attendance, and features automatic notification of missed time-stamps and tally checks. Accurately managing the information needed for payroll calculations and HR data integration significantly reduces the workload for administrators.

[Flexible support for shift and special work schedules]
PitJob is designed to accommodate a variety of work styles, including shift work, night shifts, and work that spans multiple days. It makes it easy to create shift patterns and register monthly shifts.

You can also precisely configure working hours and break times, restrict time-stamping outside of shift hours, and automatically count overtime work. You can also customize the time-stamping button and display content for each work schedule, flexibly meeting the needs of diverse employment types and workplaces.

[Visualize the workplace with calendars and surveys]
PitJob not only provides attendance information, but also features a calendar view and survey functionality for greater visibility into work processes. It allows for integrated management of non-attendance information, including daily work content and visualization of team utilization.
For example, you can submit daily and work reports for each project in survey format, as well as manage team-level schedules, share holidays, and register events. Surveys can also be linked with timekeeping, making it easy to link work hours and track responses at a glance.

[Smooth data output and integration]
PitJob can output attendance data and survey results in CSV format, allowing for integration with other systems and internal analysis. It also supports bulk import of various configuration data, such as paid vacation entitlement information and employee information.
This allows for flexible support for unique company management systems and report creation, while ensuring scalability to match on-site operational rules.

PitJob's monthly usage fee is determined by the number of users. Therefore, if the number of employees or users changes, the monthly fee will also change accordingly, but there are no additional charges for the features you use.
All standard features provided by PitJob, such as attendance management, vacation management, shift management, survey functions, and CSV output, are available at no additional cost.
There's no need to worry about additional fees if you add new features later.
During initial implementation, we'll provide a separate estimate for the initial setup fee, as we'll configure and customize the system to suit your company's work style and operations. However, the monthly fee is based on the number of users only, so it remains the same no matter how many features you use.
Our pricing structure makes it easy to manage costs even after implementation, allowing you to fully utilize the system's features with peace of mind.
