About this game

Pixel Rush is a fast, one-thumb retro arcade runner on a glowing 8-bit CRT screen.

A chunky pixel runner sprints forward on its own along a narrow zigzag track that hangs over the dark. The runner always moves on a 45-degree diagonal, and the track keeps turning ahead of you. Your only control is a tap: every tap flips the runner ninety degrees -- from up-right to up-left and back. Time each tap so the runner lands on the next block as the track zigzags into the black. Miss a turn and step off the edge, and the runner drops off -- game over.

Bright coins line the track. Run straight through them for a satisfying blip and bonus points, and sweep as many as you can while you keep your footing. Your score is the distance you run plus every coin you grab, so the further and cleaner your run, the higher you climb the leaderboard.

Each of the ten stages runs faster than the last, with shorter runs between turns and less room to mistime a flip. Read the track ahead, tap early rather than late, and work your way up to the final stage. Every run of a stage is generated from the same seed, so you can learn its rhythm and chase a deeper best score.

Features:
- One-thumb control -- a single tap flips the runner's diagonal
- 10 stages that unlock one at a time, each faster than the last
- Stay on the winding pixel track, sweep coins, avoid the drop
- A retro 8-bit CRT look with scanlines, chunky pixels and bright primaries
- A per-stage best-score board to beat
- A clear built-in how-to-play guide
- Fully offline: no ads, no sign-in, no internet, no accounts

Quick runs, pure reflex focus -- drop in for a minute or chase a glowing high score all the way to the final stage.
