About this app

HypePick is the companion app for HypePick delivery drivers and sales staff. It replaces paper job sheets and phone-call coordination with a single app that tracks every delivery from order to drop-off.

FOR DRIVERS

Start your day with one tap and see the job assigned to you — customer, material, quantity, pickup point and delivery address, all on one screen.

• Accept a job and move it through pickup and delivery as you go
• Navigate to the pickup or delivery point in Google Maps, Waze or Apple Maps
• Capture pickup receipts and delivery documents with your camera, attaching as many photos as the job needs
• Work through special-request checklists set by the sales team, and see the reason whenever a request is sent back
• Call or WhatsApp the sales person handling the order without leaving the app
• Review your completed jobs, filtered by date or searched by reference

FOR SALES

• Create delivery orders with customer search, saved delivery addresses, multiple line items and units
• Add a new customer or a new delivery address without leaving the order form
• Track every delivery order and see which are still outstanding
• See the assigned driver's name, phone and lorry plate while a delivery is in progress, and call or message them directly
• Approve or reject drivers' special requests, with a reason attached
• View the delivery documents your drivers uploaded, full screen
• Copy a day's orders as formatted text to share in a group chat

LOCATION

This app collects location data to record pickup and delivery positions and to show the sales team where an active delivery has reached. Location is collected even when the app is closed or not in use, and only while you have a delivery in progress — tracking starts when you accept a job and stops as soon as you mark it delivered. A notification is shown whenever tracking is active.

ACCESS

HypePick is a workforce app. An account is issued by your company administrator — there is no public sign-up. If you are a HypePick driver or sales staff member and cannot sign in, contact your supervisor.
