This is the best interactive story telling app I've played. I've played since near launch on and off! I say I play on and off for two reasons: 1) The microtransactions add up very quickly. Before you know it you spend $100 on one of their books. 2) Most of the stories are only one book. that seems to happen mostly because the story doesn't perform as well as they thought, so you end up disappointed that it ended abruptly. It's hard to justify spending money on a "one shot" (not a series)

I used to have five stars on this app. The characters and the plots really helped me get through some of the hardest times in my life. I often come back every few months to play a few new games and look on Tumblr at some of the new fans and what they think of the old stories. However, since this AI slop, the app has been really disappointing. I don’t understand why they did this. The new plots are rushed, the art is horrific, and I just miss the old Choices. I know everyone else does too.

I've been a longtime fan of the app, having started with Endless summer, Hero, and High School story. The stories were good, the pacing was mostly good, and it was an intriguing story. Now I dont even want to bother logging in let alone do any of the stories. The prices for anything jumped to a ridiculous level, they cram as many 'paid' choices in each chapter as they possibly could. And with the new tv thing its just utter garbage. There are literally no choices with those.
