Downloaded and installed the program. They started me off with 2 credits. As always, I started signing up for the free account. I noticed that 1 credit was taken off my my new account before even trying out the program. I contacted the customer service, and their response was... well, upgrade to the paid account, and don't worry about it every monthyou get 3 credits for the free account. They can't even get the free accounts credit charges, why pay for credits, and hope they can get it right.

I just open the app and it says my credits are exhausted, very generous of you. thanks. so I uninstalled it immediately. bye.

it's an App which truly does what it promises. i wish i could have more free credits or can buy at low. unfortunately i may not be able to use this App because of subscription.
