Beware, this is an MMO game (pay to win) not a single player game. You can do F2P, but events will require too much time to compete in for the good rewards. Upgrading trains cost much more in each new region you unlock. Pointless to upgrade trains because the missions just ask for more supplies while NOT providing more points/experience for completing. Very frustrating because you never really get ahead.

Everything was going great for about 2 hours until I got a new tutorial for "rail builder" and glitched on me. Won't let me do anything. Tried restarting game, force stopping app, restarted phone, etc... everything. Put so much work into this one and it's locked up. Very disappointing. I will leave it installed, maybe it'll get fixed and I can change my rating. Update: Cleared up the next day. Would be a fun little game if everything didn't take an hour to complete

Had an old 2021 review. But with another 2.5 years in. Nearly lvl 100, taking a decent amount of time with levels gotten only during the main Events. as others have said, having locomotives like Big Boy in Germany...it just doesn't quite make much sense. But other than minor things; Cab detail being meh, wheel to rails not quite matching, rough curves/turns. It's a really well made game! Keep it up, Pixel Federation! Been with y'all since Year 2 of Train Station 1. Been a fun journey!
