About this game

Pixel Palette is a quiet little coloring game.

You pick a puzzle, tap the numbered pixels in their matching colors, and slowly watch the picture appear. No timers, no streaks to keep, no sign-up. Just you, a palette, and a grid.

Hundreds of puzzles, from tiny 64×64 snapshots to detailed 256×256 artworks - animals, landscapes, still lifes, food, festivals, and more. Start small, grow into the big canvases when you're in the mood for a long session.

- 400+ hand-picked puzzles across four sizes (64, 128, 192, 256)
- Smooth pinch-to-zoom and two-finger pan, with grayscale guide so you can still see the shape of the image while you work
- Customisable color palette sort (by number or by hue)

-- Made for the calm and for mindfulness --
- Optional ambient background sounds: rain, ocean waves, forest, and a few gentle ambient loops
- Light, dark themes, follow system theme if you prefer
- Checkerboard color and opacity controls so the transparent areas look the way you like
- Fully offline - no account, no tracking, no ads, no internet needed after install, all your progress lives on your device

What’s new

Calmer ambience, sharper polish.

* Ambient tracks redone — 3-min loops (was 45s) with seamless crossfade and a gentle fade-in. New "Calm" track joins Aurora and Breath. Settings → About now credits every contributor.
* My Paintings — at 15+ paintings: category / difficulty / status filters; scroll position survives tab return.
* Fixes — tutorial replays don't leave a paid tool stuck; mode-swap mid-paint can't corrupt a puzzle; iPhone notch is respected.
