You get a finite amount of credits. They allow for maybe 4 or 5 videos. Then they want $24.99 to use the app you already paid for. It's like a pay-as-you-go cell phone, only they don't tell you that when you sign up. Videos were OK, but not long enough, only 5 secs. Save your money. They offered me a free month if I didn't cancel my account, but they still wanted $24.99 when I got back to my account because I'd used up all my "credits." I canceled the subscription and deleted the account.

The trial period for less than $2 was charged as over $40! No refund to ess than 24hours! No way to tell AI what needs to be fixed/adjusted in what was created. Multiple errors in creations ie..third arm. When a video/ photo is created from a product pic you download in the app to use, the product appearance is altered which defeats the purpose of using the app. The only way to make adjustments/corrections is to start over, and that counts against your allotted points for the pay period.

this app doesn't work correctly. after using the points from my initial purchase, I bought more just to finish what I started. long story short. it never got anything right, then it charged me again 3 weeks later after I unsubscribed and never used again. im out of $24.99 , no emails, and I can't even contact anyone. its super scamming me!
