UPDATE - Still not able to log on. please cancel the monthly charge of $24.99. I have already paid it 3 times! The only way to cancel is by loging on - still not impressed I have tried many times to log on. The app just spins and spins. I found the same when early on I tried to upload a photo. I am being charged $24.99 monthly and unable to log on to cancel. Not impressed!!

I have tried and tried to cancel this membership and it constantly gives me an error and won't allow me to cancel it! there is no way I can find to contact them either!!! I want a refund for all the payments they have taken from me! takes too long. I tried to make something twice and it each time it told me it could be up to 12 hours. yes, hours. seems like a cool concept but you also cant close the screen out while waiting.

SCAM!!!!!!!! They force you to get a subscription and state you can cancel anytime which is not true, when you try to cancel the screen constantly blinks and states low/no internet connection and times out never allowing you to cancel. I am disputing with my bank as it is impossible to reach anyone as well as cancel the subscription.
