Pixie Pals

Pixie Vacations

About this game

Pixie Pals is the free cruise duck hunt. Hide real rubber ducks on your ship, log where you hid them, and hunt the ducks other cruisers hid. Every find counts on your sailing's leaderboard, and the best hunter and best hider are crowned champions on the last day at sea.

Cruising ducks are a beloved guest tradition on almost every cruise line. Pixie Pals gives that tradition a scoreboard.

HOW THE DUCK HUNT WORKS

1. Pick your game: Duck Hunt (real ducks on the ship) or Pixie Pals (the cozy collecting game).
2. Join your sailing: choose your ship and departure date. Everyone on the same sailing sees the same ducks.
3. Hide a duck and log it: deck, a tap on the ship diagram, a hint, and an optional photo.
4. Find a duck, tap "I found this duck!" and add a proof photo. Earn Pixie Dust for every find, and for every duck of yours that gets found.
5. Climb the Hunters and Hiders leaderboards. Champions are announced when the sailing ends, with confetti.

No tags required. Any rubber duck works. It also works with no Wi-Fi: hides and finds save on your phone and sync when you reconnect.

DUCK HUNT FEATURES

- Sailing leaderboards for Hunters and Hiders with a top-three podium
- Duck Champion countdown and full-screen champion announcements
- Finder ranks from Hatchling to Duck Legend with illustrated badges
- Duck Journal: your ducks found and hidden, cruise by cruise, plus champion titles
- Top Hider prize: the sailing's #1 hider with 15+ ducks found by others wins a $10 gift card (rules in the app)
- Peak hiding hours, fleet board across ships, in-app alerts when a fresh duck is hidden
- Printable duck tags with the ship and sail date filled in (no business info, so they are fine on every line)
- Report and hide ducks that are gone or out of line; families can block players they do not want to see

PIXIE PALS: THE BONUS GAME

At ports, on the beach, at a theme park, or at home, open the map and collect adorable cardboard creatures called Pals. Daily streaks, challenges, seasonal Pals, a Pal of the Day, and Pixie Dust to design and hide your own custom Pals for other travelers.

PERFECT FOR

- Cruise families who love treasure hunts
- Duck hiders who want to see their ducks get found
- Cozy gamers who prefer chill vibes over combat
- Family-friendly, no ads, no chat with strangers

A NOTE ON DUCKS

Ducks are a guest tradition, not a cruise-line program. Please keep them out of pools, theater seats, and anywhere crew have to clean, and never put business information on a duck. Not offered on Disney Cruise Line.

PRIVACY YOU CAN TRUST

No ads. No tracking across other apps. No selling your data. Photos you add to a duck are shown to other players on your sailing and deleted after the cruise. Adding an email is optional.

ABOUT PIXIE VACATIONS

Pixie Pals comes from Pixie Vacations, a family-owned travel agency booking dream cruises and family vacations. We made this game because we love that spark of joy when a stranger's duck turns up in a stairwell.

Planning a real cruise? We'd love to help at pixievacations.com/cruise.

Grab a duck, join your sailing, and start hunting. Bon voyage!

What’s new

NEW: Real Duck Hunt! Hide real rubber ducks on your cruise ship and hunt the ducks other cruisers hid. Join your sailing, log hides and finds (with optional photos), climb the Hunters and Hiders leaderboards, and print your own duck tags. The Top Hider on each sailing can win a gift card. Works with no Wi-Fi: hides and finds sync later. The cardboard Pixie Pals collecting game is still here for ports and home.
