I've been enjoying the game the past day or two, but I've had the app crash multiple times. After the most recent one, I can't play anymore, getting sick at 90% as multiple other reviews indicate. Clearing cache\data or reinstalling didn't help either. Shame because it was actually entertaining. Edit for dev reply: How do you propose I get my ID if the game won't ever launch?

I've played this game on and off for years, love the style and everything. The grind can be lengthy at times but usually not bad. However, this new Christmas event is impossible to complete, the points you get for completing orders is severely imbalanced. The items are very inconsistent as well, it's a lengthy event but despite daily play i find myself only at level 22 of 70. I'm disappointed in the event even with gems this is simply not possible when the generator gives you 1 every 100 taps

For the love of God stop having ads that make you go to the Google play store. Cause once u go to the store it takes you out of the game and makes it reopen. And you don't even get whatever you were watching the ad for so it's a frustrating and pointless waste of time. (update) you guys need to get rid of the play well add. its the only one that takes you out of the game. so that and u can have 5 stars cause I love the game but u constantly need to do adds to progress thats not usually an issue
