OmniCore: All-in-One Utility, Document & Accessibility Toolkit

Developed by Shukla Tech Group, OmniCore brings dozens of everyday tools into one clean, dark-themed app. Most tools run and process your data entirely offline on your device. A couple of features — Nearby Places and live Currency/Gold rates — need an internet connection to fetch the information you ask for. Nothing is tracked, stored on our servers, or shared with anyone. It's built to be fast, private, and genuinely useful, with particular care given to blind and low-vision users.

- Expense Tracker: simple, spreadsheet-style daily expense logging.
- Smart Calculator: over 20 calculators in one place — Basic Calculator, Smart Text Math, Percentage, Age, BMI, Day Finder, Fuel, Land Area, Electricity, API Cost, Home Renovation, Split Bill, EMI, Loan Analyzer, SIP, DA/DA Arrear, FD/RD, Currency, Gold, and more.
- Smart Locator: GPS tools including Where Am I, Compass, Speedometer, Nearby Places, and Live Tracking.
- Smart Lock: lock your screen with a simple shake, no precise tapping required.
- Text Assist: Smart Copy (select and copy any on-screen text), Smart Paste (clipboard access from a floating icon), Smart Edit (a floating tool to find and replace, or delete, on-screen text in any app), plus Clipboard History, Find and Replace (safely edit any text or code file on your device, one confirmed match at a time), Notepad, Link Saver, and Text to Audio.

Battery Announcer, Caller Name Announcer, Payment Announcer (reads incoming payment alerts aloud), Time Announcer, and Voice Reminder — spoken updates for the moments you can't look at your screen.

SMART VISION
Smart Camera (Portrait, HDR, Night, and Beauty modes with voice guidance), Smart Cash Reader (identifies Indian currency notes aloud), and Virtual Screen (scans your screen to read hidden text and buttons aloud, including Smart Read More and a press-and-hold Smart Focus OCR shortcut).

BUILT FOR ACCESSIBILITY
OmniCore uses Android's AccessibilityService API specifically to power Smart Copy, Smart Paste, Smart Edit, Virtual Screen, and Smart Lock — reading on-screen text aloud, finding hidden buttons, and letting you lock your screen with a gesture instead of precise touch. Battery Announcer runs as a dedicated foreground service so you can monitor battery health by ear. All of this happens locally; we do not collect, store, or transmit screen content or personal data.

HOW CALLER NAME ANNOUNCER WORKS
This feature uses Android's official Caller ID & Spam Protection role together with the Contacts and Phone State permissions to announce who's calling — it never reads your SMS messages or call logs. Everything runs on-device.

HOW PAYMENT ANNOUNCER WORKS
This feature uses Android's Notification Access permission solely to read incoming payment notifications aloud as they arrive. It does not read, store, or transmit any other notification content.

What’s new

What's new in 5.2.3, Document Reader and Text to Audio no longer get stuck or fail to save, with new Speech Rate and TTS Engine options. Speech Rate now goes up to 500% across all Announcer tools, and Caller Name Announcer's Reset now confirms out loud. Virtual Screen's Smart Read More is safer and more reliable, plus a new Settings button lets you choose what the Accessibility Button triggers, with Backup/Restore Labels moved there too. Improvement and bug fix.
