The app has tolerances so that it can be useful to a very large audience, so it will give good indications that could improve with your support. As you well know, yeast depends on a number of factors, I'll list just a few:
The temperature of the dough and that of the room in which you will leave it to rise, the temperature of the water you used, the strength (W) of the flour, the type of pizza... I've already bored you enough so I'll stop.
