Please define the term "takeaway time". It should be the time when your order is already processed and read for pickup/takeaway, right? My experience was, i picked 7pm takeaway time, by using the logic above (which should be correct literally for the term "takeaway time"), instead when i arrived at the restaurant at 6.45, expecting my food to be ready in 15 minutes, instead, the waiter told me that my order hasn't even reach the kitchen since i picked 7pm and had to wait 1+ hour.

this application is suck, payment method could not be changed, I sometimes found this apps waiting too long and should be closed to continue after re-open the apps. the redeem should be taken before order, etc.. I wonder how people could gave 5 stars for this app

this app ask for your phone number or e-mail for login but give the otps through whatsapp only. you should have the option for where to receive your otps, and not through single option only. i can't login because my whatsapp does not receive any otps whatsoever.
