The family business has been run by Salvatore Caldiero for over 16 years. The trained cook can draw on a wide variety of experiences. After starting out in gastronomy directly in Naples, the professional path led via Gruibingen at the foot of the Swabian Alb to Stuttgart and finally to Nellingen. In the inn at Riegelstrasse 50, emphasis was placed on a cozy ambience in a family atmosphere. The dining room has 25 seats, plus an additional 20 seats outside in summer.

Together with his family, Salvatore has been spoiling the guests from Nellingen and the surrounding area with pizza, pasta, mussel dishes, soups, salads and desserts since 2004.
A special offer applies to the pupils of the neighboring schools, who can have good pasta and pizza to go at lunchtime.
