About this app

PKG is an app for attendees of the Poznań Economic Congress, one of the largest free economic events in western Poland.

November 12-13, 2026, Poznań International Fair.

The app guides you through both days: it displays the full program and a map of the pavilion, allows you to create your own schedule, and keeps your ticket handy, even when there's no signal in the crowded hall.

PROGRAM
• All sessions on the daily timeline, with times, stages, and speakers.
• Day tabs, a separate workshop list, and a filter for meeting types.
• Session descriptions, speaker profiles, and meeting partners.
• Flags next to sessions indicate the language of the session.
• You can view the program without creating an account or logging in.

MAP
• Pavilion floor plan with all stages, workshop rooms, and zones.
• Tap a room to see a list of sessions taking place there.
• From the session tab, a single tap takes you to its room on the floor plan.
• The schedule is saved in the app, so it works without internet.

MY SCHEDULE
• Mark the session with a star, and it will be added to your daily timeline.
• "NOW" marker, countdown, and warning when two selected sessions overlap.
• Notification 5 minutes before the start of each scheduled session. These are scheduled by your phone, so they work even when the app is closed and without internet.
• The saved workshop is added to your schedule along with a reminder.

TICKET
• QR code for entry and a badge indicating the ticket type.
• When you show the code, the screen automatically brightens so the reader at the entrance reads it the first time.
• Ticket works offline.

QR CODES IN ROOMS AND SHARING
• Scan the QR code displayed in the room with your phone's camera, and the app will open the session description.
• Share the session via a link. Those who don't have the app will see it on the Congress website.

The app does not use your location, camera, or contacts. It does not display ads or track users.

Congress organizer: Poznań Institute Foundation.
