App used to work... Ok. Had the occasional issue connecting, but overall worked fine. Within the past couple of weeks, this app has become almost entirely useless. More and more time is spent fighting to get the app to sync with the lock and gateway. Thus dropped to 1 star. I've had enough of this app.

If I could give it minus stars it would be at least -100...terrible app, no updates, crashes all the time...and I know of at least 30 facilities using this garbage and it's the same across the board...avoid this at all costs there are better options out there.

Poor connectivity, and issues with app responding to various essential functions. This has caused some serious issues managing / setting up codes. The app failed to upload the latest firmware, and unfortunatelly support could not do much to get the issue resolved immediately. Extremely disconcerting, when the Customer Support Manager promises to get back, and doesn't! I was advised a new update to resolve the communication issue between my app and the lock is not yet available.
