Ratings and reviews

App won't sync. I can't even create a code. I moved this lock off one door on a home I own, to another. It worked before, but now I get to "enter the four digit code", and nothing happens. There's isn't any troubleshooting videos or articles available that I can find. It's completely useless.

I'm willing to change this. After six months of no issues, then for the last 8 months they have been compounding. 1) There is no instant log of when people access the place. (I got a response to uninstall and reinstall the app, I did that but that didn't work). Life was still manageable at this point. 2) Slowly adds people's new code. But still worked. 3) I have messaged Reagle the last two days about the app not updating at all. I'm trying to enter new guests numbers and will not update.

Wanted to factory reset the lock, after I moved to a new home. The set up features on the app won't progress to even establish a primary code. Tells me to press "these 4 numbers" but nothing happens. No online guidance to figure out why. Just going to swap the lock out for another brand.
