I wish to give it 5 Stars. The app is very useful and it works when you need it most to work, but there's a bug in the software. When a notification is displayed, if you click on the notification the app opens to the main page but it doesn't load to the information displayed. From there, you are better off not tapping on the notification because finding the information is very difficult in this app.

I've waited over 121 days and sent nearly a thousand emails to customer service, only to receive the same automated response: no solution and no attention whatsoever. I contacted international customer service but received no solution to the problem. My wife and son received visas, but they expired, and we submitted a new application which they received. My application is still pending, and after 97 days, the request was processed. I submitted a new application and I'm still facing the same

I am waiting and still waiting, I have a very important Vfs appointment at qatar.. but still showing pending status. I dont know, what kind of application process is this... they say 3 to 7 processing days. but it's nearly 2 months and they are not getting serious anyways.. whenever, I make a call they spent their time in saying that we apologise for service, instead of wasting time on apology, they better spent time in application process..
