PlaneFlow is an arcade game with simulation elements. You work as a ground air traffic controller and airport dispatcher: bring planes in to land, manage traffic across the airfield, send each aircraft through the services it needs, then back for takeoff. It starts simple, but it gets busy.

Every aircraft has its own list of jobs. One may only need fuel; another may need passenger boarding and repairs; a third may need several services in sequence. You decide which plane lands first, which hangar it should use, and how to route it across the airfield.
Then the traffic builds. More planes wait to land, service bays fill up, departures are ready to go, and the ground gets crowded. On harder levels, up to a couple dozen planes can be in the air and on the field at once. You have to watch the whole map, plan ahead, and avoid collisions.
Each plane you service and send out earns money. A delayed flight pays less. Spend your earnings during the level to open another hangar, buy an additional airport runway, or upgrade a hangar so it works faster.
Each level changes the goals and aerodrome layout. Sometimes you need to clear an airport runway quickly; sometimes you need to spread traffic between hangars or leave room for the next arrivals. The same approach will not carry you through the campaign. To move forward, you need to get faster at choosing priorities and routing aircraft through busy spaces.
Rush hour brings an extra wave of arrivals. VIP flights pay more but are less patient. Medical aircraft need priority handling. The rules stay easy to understand; the challenge is dealing with several of them at once.
PlaneFlow is an airport traffic control game, focused on the ground side of air traffic control: landing aircraft, routing them through services, keeping traffic moving, and getting departures out on time.
The open test includes 20 campaign levels, each with its own goal and up to three stars. Replay levels to improve your result or try another approach.
PlaneFlow does not leave much room for anything else. There is always something to handle: land one plane, move another out of a hangar, send a third for repairs, clear an airport runway, remember the aircraft waiting in the air, and decide what comes next.
Once the airport gets busy, you are watching the airfield: who needs to land, which hangar frees up next, who needs fuel, which aircraft should depart first, and where you will need a clear route next.
At first, you are moving a few planes. Before long, you are watching the whole airport, thinking several moves ahead, and keeping the traffic under control. If aviation games are your thing, PlaneFlow is about the part on the ground — and keeping your head busy while you do it.
Soft landings!
Land, service and send planes back out before the airport gets crowded.
