Manage your facility in real time:
staff and child schedules, tracking absences, requests, and schedule adjustments, managing employee, child, and parent records, accessing important documents and billing information, and synchronizing with the Planète Crèche web platform.

Schedule management (planned/actual) with a daily operational overview, time clock to track hours worked and discrepancies, enhanced employee profiles (qualifications, seniority, contacts, contract status, etc.), complete child profile including health information, Individualized Care Plan (ICP), allergies/asthma, weights, care history, siblings, and age in months.

A dedicated parent portal with: activity tracking (meals, naps, diaper changes, bottle feedings, activities, photos), requests for absences or additional childcare, document access, simplified parent invitations (link or registration code), internal messaging between managers, employees, and parents, with group chats, attachments, and unread message indicators, advanced document management (documents related to children, employees, and parents), a photo module with albums, folders, sorting, and association with children/parents, and in-app notifications to stay informed of important events.
