Finago Time

The Finago Time mobile app provides an intuitive and user-friendly solution for employees to log their working hours.

Employee User Functions:
- Time logging
- By duration, start and end times, or by punching in and out
- Logging time for a specific task or project
- Editing and deleting time entries
- Submitting, editing, and deleting absence or leave requests
- Tracking flex-time balances and annual leave days

For administration and supervisor users, the Finago Time web application is available.

Using the mobile app requires login credentials for the Finago Time application.


Finago Gigs

The Finago Gigs mobile app offers employees an efficient solution for managing shifts and working hours.

Employee User Functions:
- Browsing available shifts
- Booking shifts
- Updating availability
- Browsing upcoming and past shifts, and approving completed events
- Logging working hours
- Receiving and sending messages, as well as announcements from administration users

The Finago Gigs mobile app allows order and administration users to quickly respond to sudden staffing needs. As an order and administration user, you can easily order workforce and monitor shift fulfillment in real-time.

Order and Administration User Functions:
- Creating shift orders
- Offering shift orders to suitable employees
- Monitoring the fulfillment of shift orders

Using the mobile app requires login credentials for the Finago Gigs application.
