About this app

Your work schedule in one place: view shifts, track time, send requests, and receive important updates from your team.

Planifer brings your work schedule and daily team workflows together in one place. Employees and managers get quick access to published shifts, requests, and updates based on their role and team permissions.

With Planifer, you can:

• view today's and upcoming shifts
• open shift details and add shifts to your calendar
• record work time and breaks
• submit availability, vacation, time off, and sick leave
• request shift swaps and find open shifts
• follow the status of requests and approvals
• read team notices and receive relevant notifications
• switch between teams you belong to
• manage your profile, language, notifications, and connected devices

Managers with the required permissions can also review leave, shift swaps, clock entries, and time-bank requests from their phone.

Available features depend on your organization and role. Planifer requires an existing account and an active team membership. Access is provisioned and managed by your organization.
