Planigroup simplifies the management of schedules and authorizations for your field teams.

SCHEDULES AND WORK CYCLES
• Create your work cycles and automatically generate schedules for each agent.

• Modify a day, add overtime, or a note in just a few clicks.

• View team staffing levels by day, week, or month.

• Review the change history: who changed what, and when.

AUTHORIZATIONS AND EQUIPMENT
• Track each person's authorizations, training, and equipment with their validity dates.

• Receive alerts before expiration to anticipate renewals.

TEAM AND COMMUNICATION
• Exchange messages with members of your schedule.

• Receive notifications for important changes.

• Three access levels: super admin, admin, and agent.

TWO MODES TO CHOOSE FROM
• Online: Your schedules are synchronized on the Planigroup server, shared with your team, and also accessible from the web.

• Local: The application works entirely offline, without an account, and your data remains on your phone.

PRIVACY
• No advertising, no ad trackers, no data resale.

• Data hosted in France and transmitted in encrypted form.

• Two-factor authentication available to secure accounts.

PDF export of your schedules for printing or sharing.
