Weekly and monthly views, just like in popular calendar apps. Switch between views with a single tap. Schedule appointments up to 9 months in advance.

⚡ Create Appointments in Seconds
Tap and hold on a day in the monthly view to create a course directly. Use existing appointments as templates – time, location, and price are automatically filled in.

🔁 Recurring Appointments and Multi-Date Scheduling
Weekly recurring appointments up to 12 weeks in advance. Or select any number of individual dates (ideal for holidays and school breaks).


📲 Share QR code and link

Each appointment has a personal booking link. Share it via WhatsApp, email, or QR code. Optionally, a 48-hour link with an expiration date is available.

🎯 Weekly overview for parents
Instead of individual appointments, you can also share the complete 8-week overview. Parents can then select the day that suits them best.

✉️ Automatic booking confirmation
As soon as someone books a spot, a confirmation email including a calendar entry is automatically sent to the parents.

Set separate prices for individual bookings and for each additional child. You can also hide prices entirely from customers.

Customers can cancel appointments themselves via a link. You determine how many days in advance they can cancel free of charge. After that, a fee you set applies.

DATA PROTECTION ACCORDING TO GDPR

Children's personal data is automatically anonymized 7 days after the appointment. Parents' email addresses are deleted after 30 days. Everything is encrypted and stored in Europe.
