About this app

Planning GO is a time tracking and employee time management application
for businesses and their teams.

Time Tracking
Employees clock in and out from their phone or from a shared tablet using their personal code. Their dashboard
displays their current status, daily schedule, hours worked today, and hours for the current month.

Lateness and Discrepancies
Each clock-in is compared to the scheduled time. The application indicates early arrivals, late arrivals, and early departures, with the exact difference in minutes.

Scheduling
View the schedule by week or month, employee by employee. Each day displays its time slots, their duration, and night shifts. Scheduled time slots are distinguished from default schedules.

Leave and Absences
Employees request leave or report an absence through the application. The manager also records unplanned absences.

Tasks
The manager assigns tasks to an employee for a given date, using a checklist. Each task tracks its progress, from pending to completed.

Team Monitoring
The manager sees in real time the number of people present on site, any lateness or departures for the day, as well as details of each clock-in/clock-out, including the time and location. Multiple locations can be managed from the same account.

Planning GO is designed for retail, restaurants, hotels, cleaning, security, and any business employing staff with variable schedules.

An account provided by your employer is required to use the application.
