About this app

Planova Pay is Planova's companion mobile app for in-person payments.

It allows businesses using Planova to accept card payments directly from an NFC-enabled phone, thanks to the Stripe Terminal Tap to Pay integration.

The app is designed for authorized staff at salons, spas, or restaurants. Once connected to their Planova account, they can receive a payment request sent from the back-office POS system,

display the amount due, and then securely process the payment via Stripe.

Planova Pay does not store credit card data and does not provide banking, credit, digital wallet, money transfer, or financial advisory services. Payment processing
is handled by Stripe.
