La verdad conforme, es una app comoda de usar y se entiende a la perfección. Cobran un porcentaje por facilitarte el servicio pero lo vale si comprar en ventanilla no es posible o es complicado.

La empresa de transporte canceló mi viaje, no me notificaron, solo porque no llegaba el bus y me acerqué a preguntar me avisaron que no saldría. Tardan tanto en contestar en atención al cliente que ya no pude viajar. Habia comprado boletos ida y vuelta, y no me permitieron realizar la devolución del boleto de vuelta. Pésima experiencia la verdad, nunca mas usaría. Perdí tiempo, dinero y tuve que reagendar una cita de trabajo importante.
