La empresa de transporte canceló mi viaje, no me notificaron, solo porque no llegaba el bus y me acerqué a preguntar me avisaron que no saldría. Tardan tanto en contestar en atención al cliente que ya no pude viajar. Habia comprado boletos ida y vuelta, y no me permitieron realizar la devolución del boleto de vuelta. Pésima experiencia la verdad, nunca mas usaría. Perdí tiempo, dinero y tuve que reagendar una cita de trabajo importante.

Le pongo una, pq no me deja poner 0. Saque dos pasajes, ambos me llegaron mal al mail y en la app me figuraban con otro DNI. la atención al público, pésima, inexistente, te atiende la IA y no te soluciona nada. cuando por fin te contesta un humano, es peor que la IA, te contesta de manual, jamás la culpa es de ellos, no buscan solucionrte el problema, buscan lavarse las manos. NO LA RECOMIENDO.DESINSTALADA.
