About this app

PlatoForms VF fills your PlatoForms forms through a spoken conversation.

Open a form, start a session, and answer out loud. A voice agent asks for the fields in natural groups, writes each answer into the right field as it hears it, and shows the whole form filling in live. When the talking is done, you review every value and submit. Nothing is sent until you tap Submit.

It is built for people who fill the same forms all day with their hands full: front-desk intake, nurse triage, field inspections, delivery logs, incident reports, waivers at a walk-up counter.

★ TALK INSTEAD OF TYPE
The agent asks grouped questions rather than marching through one field at a time, rephrases instead of repeating when an answer does not land, and reads back the values that are easy to mishear — email addresses, phone numbers, reference codes. You can talk over it; it stops and listens.

★ WATCH THE FORM FILL
The live ledger lists every field in the form and fills in as you speak, so what has been captured is never a mystery. Values the conversation was not confident about are marked, not quietly accepted. Anything voice cannot capture after a few attempts drops into a "type these" tray you can fill in with the keyboard, during the call or at review.

★ REVIEW, THEN SUBMIT
The review screen groups everything the session captured, flags the values worth a second look, and lets you correct any field by tapping it. Signatures are drawn, typed, or uploaded right in the app; photo and file fields use the camera. Submitting is retry-safe: sending twice returns the same reference rather than a duplicate.

★ BUILT FOR ON-SITE WORK
Every session runs on a PlatoForms draft, so a dropped call, a dead battery, or a walk out of Wi-Fi range does not cost you the answers. Reopen the app and continue where the conversation stopped. Your voice-enabled forms are cached for offline browsing, and submissions made offline are queued and sent automatically when the network returns.

A voice link sent by email or SMS opens straight into the right form in the app.

★ WHAT YOU NEED
PlatoForms VF is a companion app for PlatoForms. You sign in with an existing PlatoForms account, and the forms that appear are the ones your team has enabled for voice filling. It is free to use with your PlatoForms plan. Create an account at https://www.platoforms.com

★ PERMISSIONS
Microphone — the app cannot do its one job without it. Speech is streamed to the PlatoForms voice service for the length of a session so answers can be turned into form values, and it is not kept as a recording.

★ PRIVACY
The answers themselves are saved to your PlatoForms draft and submission, exactly as they would be if you had typed them. There is no advertising and no third-party tracking.
