●What steps are required?
Please choose your free time. Counselors available for reservation at that time will be displayed.
Please select your favorite counselor and apply.
When the time comes, launch “Plattalks” and start a video call.
You can also change or cancel your schedule from the chat within this app.

●Who will listen?
All registered members are mental health professionals such as clinical psychologists. Information about each counselor is posted on Plattalks. Please choose a counselor and start talking.


●When can we talk?
Dozens of counselors have registered their available times. With Plattalks, you can find a counselor who can talk to you at your desired time with the touch of a button.
You can choose between 30 minutes and 1 hour.

●Is this app safe?
This app was created for this purpose of counseling, and you can talk safely on the system.

●Will the secret be kept?
Also, all you need to register in the app is your name (anonymous is possible), job type, age group, prefecture of residence, and industry type. Also, since we are all mental health experts, we are obligated to keep the information we hear confidential.
