I need an admin contact number to request for App policy or agency opening..im an agent. App does not have in-app customer service to help solve your problem, very bad. App only provide email address and they don't even respond to your email. Users on the app don't give information about app... that's the height of wickedness.

I love the app, but the customer service is really bad and the admin seems unprofessional.

I've played here for almost 2 weeks. I gave this app 1 star because it lacks of proper guides on how to use its functions. Everything is confusing, and it’s hard to figure out how things work. The environment isn't friendly, and using the mic feels like it's submerged underwater. There are too many bugs that make it unusable, and there's a noticeable lack of information regarding family and agency features. Overall, it's frustrating and not user-friendly at all. I hope it gets improved ASAP.
