This the worse and most unfriendly booking app. When I tried to cancel my reservation is just give option to click cancel but never prompt me whether refund was possible. It also never notified or confirmed whether your booking was successfully cancel or likewise. So it leave me hanging with no idea what happening to my booking, tried view my past order in the app but it shows zero despite I have done many other bookings in the past. No respond from their agent as well

Crashes frequently. There does not seem to be a way to see recent notifications/messages and since the app crashes when you click push notification there's no way to actually see the notifications

Tried on both an older Samsung Galaxy S21 and a brand-new S25, but the booking screen is stuck loading, it just flashes gray boxes.
