terrible, I became a member for a month, I paid 89.99 as usually happens, supposedly I m entitled to attend 6 sessions per month i attended 4 and after that they started charging me 10 for every session I attend. when I asked about the new changes they said it was a mistake and refused to refund the money back to my card.

i had good experiences with this app until recently. it randomly signed me out. when I tried to sign back in, it seemed that lastpass didn't correctly save my password . so then I hit forgot password, and it said that an email would be sent with password reset instructions. I have done that 4 or 5 times. no password reset email. then I was told to call corporate headquarters. tried that and got told to call the club manager. I am going in circles here trying to get my password reset.

I am having issues like others signing into the app. my phone update and started having issues with just this app! I have to sign in every time and it says to sign in through magic link? then it sends me a reset and then it tells me I am signed in!!! help
