Nothing in this game is what it seems.
The solid block vanishes the moment you step on it. The golden coin blows up in your hand. The flag at the end of the level kills you. Troll-Dude is a 2D pixel-art platformer built on a single rule: the map lies to you.
HOW TO PLAY
Three buttons: left, right and jump. Hold jump to leap higher. That's it. The difficulty never comes from the controls — it comes from the map.
WHAT WILL KILL YOU
• Fake block — looks like normal ground, vanishes when you step on it
• Trapdoor — gives way instantly, no warning, and steals your jump
• Bomb-coin — identical to a normal coin, explodes on contact
• Invisible block — doesn't exist until it blocks your jump mid-air
• Trap block — you headbutt it expecting a coin and get an enemy instead
• Falling ceiling — drops the moment you walk under it
• Fake flag — the finish line that wasn't
• Fake portal — the vortex that promises the exit and kills you
DYING IS PART OF IT
You will die a lot, and that's on purpose. That's why every level has plenty of checkpoints and you respawn in under a second. The punishment is losing a little ground, never starting over.
FOUR WORLDS, 40 LEVELS
Each world has its own look and teaches a new betrayal before mixing them all together:
• Fields — the world that teaches you the rule while going easy on you
• Ruins — old brick where the floor loves to disappear
• Glacier — slippery ice that hides its traps in the snow
• Abyss — the twist: springs that fling you into the ceiling and flip gravity, and portals that flee as you get close
STARS AND GOLD
Each level is worth up to 3 stars: finish it, grab every coin and defeat every enemy. Stars unlock the next worlds, and the gold you collect turns into upgrades in the shop. If you're up for it, compete on the leaderboards for stars, gold and kills.
The game shows ads (none of them mandatory). Still, if you'd rather play without them, the one-time Anti-AD purchase removes ads without giving any in-game advantage. There are also optional purchases (gold packs and a special skin) — all skippable: you can finish the game without spending a thing.
