🫩🫩🫩I Don't know when customer support or costumer report got to respond with " We are not live anymore... our Agents will review your report and get in contact with you as soon as possible" ( it takes dayyyyss). And meanwhile , your losing everything that you stock piled to even make it before your Groceries are used up and gone. This game used to be great. 🫩. I have been playing this game since 2011. it' was the best... except. for that reason, I won't give this more than a 4 ⭐.

First of all, flow move too slow.That's the big hang up second of all, I can't get no. Ads for the last two weeks. It is not giving me no. Ads, so I can get extra anything, no ads, so I can get the extra help by watching the ads on top of flow. Move too slow. I'm about ready to uninstall this game.

update- they fixed it from December but still haven't made anything right from it. No new game updates, but they put new packs to purchase with real money. Update- Still waiting for the trial of style issues from 3 weeks ago to be fixed. They won't update the game and take at least 4 days to respond. I requested a refund of all money spent since they won't address any issues. They won't respond or update the game. Don't bother playing.
